1. I am not sure which shoe size I should get.

Shoe size can differ to the manufacturers!

2. Can I have a custom design / color of a shoe ? 

We make most of our products in Vienna Studio, by ourselves to your order! 
Please feel free to contact us about special requests about our products! 
We will see what we can do together! 

 

3. MADE-TO-ORDER Products are non-refundable, I'm scared it will not fit me! 

We highly appreciate made-to-order products.
We can reduce unnecessary wastes, by making just as much as we need! 
Simply get in touch with us, we will instruct you to measure your feet, (all feets are slightly different!) and we will make it fit to your own feet! 

 

4. Are those wooden clogs comfortable?

Surprisingly, YES! 
Our wooden soles are made of poplar wood, which are very LIGHT-WEIGHT. 
Also, they have inserted rubber, so they bend flexibly according to the movement of the feet, making a 'roll' (we say)

 

Additionally, it is not true that full-cushioned soles are the most healthy, comfortable ones. It is likely that your feet/ankles can tilt in long period of time, possibly making a distorted feet. We like it simple and natural :)

 

5. How long does the shipping take ? 

Austria : 1-2 working days
EU Countries : 2-3 working days
Non-EU Countries : 3-5 working days.

*Our Handmade Items take longer to deliver. (Since we make it to your order!)  It depends on to how many products are in production line :)
